Oh that I would be Kali with a million arms

So that I could spare a pair anytime I wanted, to do all the various chores

So that I could simultaneously wash dishes and write a chapter

So that I can pay my bills and get my place in order

So that I can cook according to current health guidelines and not break my back

So that the trash can be taken out without having to remember it

So my garage is locked down without heaving everything away

So I can fan myself in this Godforsaken, draining heat

So I can slap some slappable people who aren’t being very genuine

So I can, true to Her name, stop Time and treat it like a construct

So I can attain these unattainable standards I’ve ridiculously piled upon myself

Spent almost the whole of sunday reading your blogs right from some of your firsts in early 2005. Quite an entertainment...

I dont think so. Just a curious Q. Aside from your thoughts on social subjects, you write a lot of personal stuff. Why do that? Dont you think somebody could misuse that info?

My blog changes as my mood and personality does. I started it when I was in a very different place and needed an outlet for random musings.

Later it became a lot of social observing, dependent on where I was and what I was doing.

I haven't been conscientious with it in recent times because my life's changed yet again, leaving me little time for posting - it seems like an indulgent activity these days - I write more professionally now.

As for misuse - barring specific permission, names are usually changed, and when I'm writing the absolute truth, as in a couple of very early posts, I don't use names at all.
